MVA case acquisition for personal injury firms

MVA cases your firm can plan its growth around.

A firm grows by the cases it signs, not the leads it buys. So we screen every claimant first and send each one to a single firm, as a lead, a call, a live transfer or a signed case.

The process

How a case reaches your firm.

What a case is worth is decided before it reaches you. These four steps happen first, and you only see the claimants who pass all of them.

  1. Four injured claimants, one after another, each filling in a form on a phone
    Step 1

    We bring in the claimant

People injured in an MVA respond to our campaigns by form or by phone. Your firm spends nothing on ads.

  2. An intake team on calls at a row of desks
    Step 2

We screen before you hear about it

Every claimant is checked on four points: injured, not at fault, seen by a doctor and wants an attorney. If one is missing, the case stops here.

  3. An intake agent on a headset passing a call on, and an attorney answering it at his desk
    Step 3

    We hand the case over

Depending on the product, we send you the lead, route the call, transfer the claimant live or have them sign your retainer.

  4. An attorney signing a retainer and shaking hands with a client
    Step 4

    One firm gets the case

Because it goes to your firm and to nobody else, there is no race to reach the claimant.

The difference

Five questions tell you what an MVA source is worth.

The number of leads was never the problem. If a lead is sold to several firms and nobody has screened it, your intake team spends the day racing and sorting. Ask these five questions of any source, including us.

FAQ

What firms ask before they start.

How exclusive is exclusive?

Each lead, call, transfer and signed case goes to one firm. We do not resell it and we do not send it to a second firm.

Do we need more intake staff?

For leads, your team calls the claimant. For inbound calls and live transfers, someone needs to answer during the hours we agree. For signed cases, the retainer is signed before the case reaches you, so no extra intake staff is needed.

What happens if a case does not meet our criteria?

We replace it. The criteria and the replacement terms are written into your agreement before we start, so you know what counts before the first case arrives.

How is pricing set?

Pricing depends on the product and the state. We go through it with you on the first call.

What do we commit to at the start?

A pilot of 15 live transfers or 5 signed cases, delivered inside 45 days. After that you decide whether to continue, with real cases to judge by.

Qualify

See if we are a fit.

It takes about a minute and commits you to nothing. Tell us what you want and where, and we will tell you whether we can supply it.
